Submit urgent POAC requests using the below online radiology request form. Referrals are processed during normal business hours only. Ensure appropriate management plan is in place for all after-hours submissions.
Maternity Funded Ultrasound Requests
Refer to POAC for clinically urgent obstetric ultrasounds for the following:
Ectopic Pregnancy, OR
Suspected Miscarriage (heavy bleeding)
For all other obstetric requests, provide the patient with a radiology request form to independently schedule a community appointment. Normal surcharges will apply.
